Dynamic test

Everything in the vehicle must be properly secured. Otherwise, it can be a huge threat to you. Because your safety is very important to us, we have subjected the footrests to dynamic tests.

Thanks to this, we confirmed that even during a crash, they remain in place.

The test stand, which accelerates to a speed of approx. 55 km/h, has been equipped with a footrest with a dummy in which a lot of sensors are installed.

After setting the apparatus, the trolley accelerates and brakes sharply, simulating a collision with another vehicle!

The test was carried out by an accredited TUV testing facility, in accordance with the requirements of ECE Regulations no. 129.03, i.e. in accordance with the latest and most restrictive requirements for child car seats.

That is why we have made every effort to ensure that the footrest can withstand many years of trouble-free operation and is safe in everyday use.

We simply designed it so that it couldn’t be broken … 😉

To confirm the quality and durability of our footrests, we conducted static tests in the accredited research laboratory Cartest Sp. z o. o.

During the tests, the entire structure of the footrests was loaded, simulating the pressure on the footrests that children stand on.

Car seats for children undergo many restrictive tests.

That’s why we also conducted additional research to ensure that car seats with OKIDAY inserts are just as safe and meet the quality standards for the automotive industry!

The headrest of a child car seat has many functions. Above all, however, it must protect the child’s head and absorb the impact energy in the event of an accident.

To ensure that the OKIDAY headrest with inserts meets energy absorption requirements, we have conducted additional tests.

On the test stand, a car seat was set up, hit by a pendulum simulating the impact of a child's head against the headrest. Sensors were installed in the pendulum that measured the overload at a speed of 1000 readings per second!

Dynamic tests were carried out in the accredited research laboratory Cartest Sp. z o. o.

Thanks to these tests, we know that the insoles

Flammability of Products
PN-EN 71-2:2014/06

One of the key requirements for seats and inserts is to carry out a test that checks the flammability of the product.

OKIDAY inserts have been tested for flammability to ensure that they are safe and can be used with child seats.

The test consisted in applying a gas burner with a flame at a temperature of approx. 1000 ° C to the inserts! It was checked how the insert material behaves after the flame disappears - it turned out that the flame goes out by itself!

The flammability tests of the inserts were carried out at the Product Flammability Testing Laboratory in Łódź.

Tests have confirmed that OKIDAY anti-sweat inserts for car seats are flame retardant, which means they meet the requirements of Reg. 129.03, for the materials that make up child car seats.

of the National Institute of Hygiene

OKIDAY anti-sweat inserts for car seats are intended for children, so we must be sure that the materials with which the child comes into contact are 100% safe for them.

Tests of anti-sweat inserts for child car seats were carried out at the National Institute of Public Health.

The Health Quality Certificate obtained confirms that Okiday insoles are safe for children's health.
